I’m tasked with creating and curating a virtual space that you can be so proud of, and I don’t take that lightly.

I always aim to respond to emails within 24 hours, I mean unless something crazy happens. We are in the 20’s now so who even knows anymore!

I fully understand that issues may arise that will need my immediate attention. It is my goal to make sure I’ve gotten back to you within that time frame!

My office hours are from 10-3 on weekdays. I prefer to communicate via email only. I’m totally fine with texting back and forth, but when it comes to content, tasks, and information I’ll need for your project, email is best- this makes it easily searchable on my end. I communicate through HoneyBook so that everything you send me is tucked away in one spot.

Let's get Down to Business


Alright, ready for your first bit of homework?

As soon as we have signed contracts, and the invoice is paid, we are off to the races! Figuratively speaking, of course.

NOTE: I am in no huge rush unless you are. I will work at your speed, whatever that may be. I never want my clients to feel like they have to rush- yes, you have 90 days to gather the content I’ll need, and I fully believe that will be plenty of time. You can’t rush greatness, so don’t feel any pressure! We’ll work together to get it all on track!

This is gonna be SO MUCH FUN! And, it just might change the course of your business!

Project Timeline

Project Kickoff & Strategy Session!

The day of our strategy session is also our project kickoff! During our strategy session, we'll be digging deep into your business, your style, and your ideal client!

Week 1 - Mood Board Delivery

1 week from the strategy session, I'll be delivering your mood board to you! This is the perfect opportunity to make sure I'm on track for the vision of your business. I'll be basing my design off of this step! Exciting!

Week 2 + 3

Once you've given me the A-OK on the mood board and you're totally in love, I'll start the design process! This takes me anywhere from one to two weeks!
Once I'm finished and ready with your brand presentation, I'll reach out!

Week 4 - Brand Presentation

Eeeeep! Your brand presentation is ready!! We'll hop on a zoom call so I can show off your new brand! No need to worry, I send you a feedback questionnaire directly after the call so you have time to live with the brand for a day or two before you have to provide feedback!

Week 5- Final File Delivery

Once you've approved the brand presentation and we've made any and all revisions, I'll start the packaging process! I'll gather up every file you can imagine and put them in your very own google drive folder! I'll also spend this week on your business cards, your Canva installation, and your brand style guide!

That's it! We're done!

Week 6- It's all coming together!

If we are working on a website together as well, this is when your copy is due (if you have chosen to write it yourself). I'll also need your brand photography at this point. Once I've got all three of these puzzle pieces, I'll be ready to begin the design process!

Week 7-8 Web Design Time!

During this two week period, I'll be hard at work creating the website of your dreams! I may have a few questions here and there during this time, so keep an eye on your email!

Week 9- Website Reveal!

Week 9 is the best week of all! Website reveal time! I always love to see your reaction to your shiny new website!
At this stage, you have two rounds of revisions.

Week 10-Wrapping up loose ends!

Weeks 10-12 are all about making sure everything is working properly and tying up loose ends! We'll be doing things like terms and conditions and launching your site!!
Congratulations, your site is LIVE!
Cue the confetti, it's time to conquer the world!

I’ll keep you up to date through emails about any questions that come up on my side, and trust me, I’ll have them! Please feel free to ask me any questions- I always want you to feel comfortable!

Once we’ve completed the first reveal, you’ll need to return any edits to me within 1 week. I completely understand that sometimes we need to marinate on ideas for a bit.

However, if you desire a faster outcome, I’ll need returned edits through site comments or the feedback doc as quickly as possible.

Billing:

I use Stripe to collect all payments. It’s a super secure system, so no need to worry. I’ll send an invoice to your email and you can securely pay right through their portal!


When we are coming up on a due date, I’ll send out an invoice!


However, if you desire a faster outcome, I’ll need returned edits through site comments or the feedback doc as quickly as possible.


Note for Web Design Clients: 30 days after your final project invoice, you'll have an automatic hosting plan payment.


If you ever need to make any changes to your payment type, simply send me an email. We'll change it out!

I’m basically OBSESSED with using Loom. It’s my communication method of choice. If you aren’t familiar, it’s a screen recording software that instantly turns your video into a link. I’ll paste that link into an email and send it right over!

We’ll also use Honeybook for file delivery and some

communication!
