Once we’ve had our discovery call and onboarded you, we’ll be off to the races! We’ll start by having a strategy call. We’ll hop on zoom for an hour or so and dig into the vision for your brand’s future, and who your dream clients are!

After I’ve compiled all that information I’ll provide you with some rough draft ideas. This step allows us to be sure we’re on the same page as far as design goes, and once you approve, the design begins!

You’ve gotten through the hardest part! YAY! Now, it’s my job to dig deep, write converting copy, and design a cohesive website that represents both you and your dream client so you can step out confidently in your business!

REFINEMENT

Your site is now ready for your big reveal! During this stage, we’ll hop on zoom again and go over the website + tie up any loose ends. Then, you’ll have a little time to go over the site and send me your revisions!

Cue the confetti! We’ve made it to your big launch day! By now, your site is perfect and ready for the world to see! I’ll give you a *dazzling* launch graphic to post on all your social media channels! You can even send it to your email list!

  • Who do you serve?

    I work with female solopreneurs! So anyone who is venturing out on their own, independent agents, coaches, virtual assistants, and tons more! I focus on female service providers so that I can provide the best possible experience for their profession. My expertise is focused on service providers! 

  • What is the timeline for your process?

    I work quite quickly! See, web design is a collaborative process for a service provider like yourself, so I want to make sure to capture you in your site. I ask tons of questions and get to really know you. 

    To directly answer the question, though, is hard. It really depends on where you are in the process. If you come to me with written copy for your website and brand photos, the timeline is short. If we need to get you set up for some photography, it can take longer. A long timeline looks like 10-12 weeks. 

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! I offer a 40/30/30  payment plan. You’ll pay a deposit to secure your spot, then a second payment 30 days later, and the final payment right before the launch of the site. If you need an alternate payment plan, please let me know, and we’ll get it worked out! 

  • I already own my domain! Can we use that?

    Of COURSE! That’s perfect. I’ll just need to login to your domain host account and I’ll get it all set up! 

    If you don’t already have a domain, no worries! I’ll help you with that, too! 


  • What do you need from me?

    I need all copy and photos. I do offer copywriting for your website at an additional cost, if you need it! I can also provide photos if you don’t have brand photos. But you MUST provide me with a non-selfie photo of you! 

  • Are there any additional costs?

    With any website, you're going to have yearly fees for your domain. Please continue to pay those. 


    If you hire me, I actually host your website myself on Amazon Web Services. 

    So I do have a required maintenance plan for $50 per month. My clients LOVE it! It's a major benefit for them to have me on hand to quickly resolve problems, make sure their site is secure, and tons more. I'm always in your back pocket! 


    Some other expenses could come up! If you aren't using a client management system, or a scheduling link, I may recommend something along those lines. 


    Additionally, sometimes you may also need to get a brand photo shoot if you don't have any adequate photography.
